Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant Advanced Modules with a strong foundation in Core HR and expertise in at least two of the following: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Learning, or Compensation & Benefits. This role is pivotal in delivering effective HCM solutions aligned with our clients strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support modules such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent, Learning, and Compensation.

Lead design discussions, build functional documentation, and support testing activities.

Collaborate with Core HCM and integration teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills:

3 5 years of experience with at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Strong configuration and functional knowledge in ORC, Talent, Learning, and Compensation modules, along with Core HR.

Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher, as well as HDL data uploads.

Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
