JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Team Leader(Senior Manager) About the Role: We are looking for a Team Leader to handle our Relationship Manager team for our B2B Process.Team Leader Job is to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients and Bankers. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect the candidate to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and have strong problem-solving skills. The job requires thorough financial and banking sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. Key Responsibilities: Understanding and interest in financial/banking products and markets Expanding current B2B segment Making new Channel Partners (C.A./Advocates, etc.) through Team Members. Interaction with Channel Partner (C.A./Advocates, etc.) and Bankers on regular basis Aim to preserve customers and build new clients Good sales and. negotiation skills Understanding client needs and providing them the best deals Conduct meetings with the channel partners for follow up of loan files Handling Overall operations Conduct meetings with the clients for follow up of their respective file of loan Eligibility Criteria: Working Days: 6 Qualification: MBA Graduate or B.Com with Min Experience of 1 Year Timings: 10am 6.30pm Work from Office Immediate Joining
