Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Kannada Sales Team Leader located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met. The role will also involve creating and implementing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with clients. Qualifications Fluency in Kannada and English Proven experience as a sales team leader or a similar role in sales management Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets Experience in. financial services or investment sales is a plus
