Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on expertise Oracle DBA with Golden Gate and AWS cloud. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and oversee Primary and Standby databases using Dataguard. Implement and manage database failover and switchover processes. Utilize performance tuning techniques to optimize database performance. Address query slowness, CPU/RAM utilization, and other performance-related issues. Install and configure Oracle databases, specializing in versions 19c, 18c, 12c, 11g, and 10g. Lead and execute database upgrades from older versions to newer releases. Execute database migrations from SUN SOLARIS to AIX Platform. Utilize Oracle GoldenGate to manage Bi-Directional databases effectively. Ensure the reliability and integrity of data replication processes. Work with AWS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, DMS, and CloudWatch. Upgrade RDS Oracle databases from version 12c to. 19c. Experience in migrating Oracle databases to PostgreSQL in AWS cloud using AWS SCT & DMS tools. Key Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience as an Oracle DBA. Strong expertise in Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data replication. Proven experience in managing Oracle databases on the AWS cloud platform. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dataguard, RAC, and Oracle GoldenGate. Expertise in performance tuning and query optimization. Proficient in Oracle database installations and upgrades (19c, 18c, 12c, 11g, 10g). Familiarity with AWS cloud services and database migration processes. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
