Job Description

As an Assistant Product Manager, you will be a key player in the product development team. You will work closely with both the Business and Tech teams to understand user needs and product gaps, ultimately driving the creation of innovative product solutions.

What you will do:

Conducting comprehensive user needs assessments and market research
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product solutions in alignment with strategic goals
Leading the development of customer-facing applications, defining features and ensuring timely delivery
Contributing to creating and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business objectives
Collaborating with QA teams to ensure product quality
Collecting and analyzing user feedback for data-driven decisions
Creating clear and concise product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and requirements

What you need to have:

2-3 years of experience in a product-based role, preferably in a startup environment
Experience in developing and launching customer-facing applications is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
