Title: Asst Manager Performance Marketing (Paid Media Specialist) Experience Level: 3-4 years in digital marketing with a focus on paid media Job Overview: The Performance Marketing Manager will specialize in paid media strategies, primarily focusing on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The candidate should possess deep knowledge and hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling these ad platforms to drive maximum ROI. Additionally, expertise in Google Analytics for performance tracking and insights is essential. Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement advanced strategies for Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Manage all aspects of paid campaigns, including planning, targeting, segmentation, and optimization. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics extensively to analyze campaign performance, track conversions, and understand customer behavior. Leverage these insights to refine ad strategies and improve campaign. performance. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently across paid media platforms. Ensure optimal spend for maximum return on investment. Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword management, bid adjustments, and creative iteration to enhance performance. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align paid media strategies with overall business goals and brand messaging. Trend Analysis and Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in paid media advertising. Implement innovative approaches and practices to stay ahead of the competition. Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the effectiveness and impact of paid media campaigns. Skills and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager including setting up tracking, creating custom reports, and analyzing complex data sets. Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes. Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid media campaigns. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or Engineering or related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint. Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter Ads) is a plus. This role demands a candidate who is both strategic and tactical, capable of managing complex campaigns and driving significant business results through paid media channels
