Position Assistant Sales Manager
Location - Gurgaon
Experience 4 years minimum.
Qualification Graduation
Industry Apparel Brand, Fashion Garments, Retail Fashion Garments

Job Responsibilities


Multi-Location Management: Supervise and lead staff across various LFS counters, ensuring consistent performance
and adherence to brand standards at each location.
Sales Performance: Drive sales initiatives and monitor performance across all locations, implementing strategies to
achieve sales targets and enhance profitability for the given LFS format
Team Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Recruit, train, and mentor & lead team at multiple locations, fostering a collaborative
team environment and ensuring effective communication among team members. Handle conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels across all counters and coordinating replenishments. (Stock planning,
segregation, dispatches, & deliveries)
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance regularly, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews to
identify areas for improvement and development.
Collaboration with Management: Work closely with key stakeholders of the LFS format to ensure cohesive operations and communication across all locations.
