Essential

Approximately 5 + years directly relevant experience in execution of Import , Export customs clearance activities, clear understanding of incoterms , Direct Handling of AA / EPCG Licensing activities, Handling Road transport of shipments

Specifically 2+ years of execution experience with companies engaged in manufacturing of diesel engines & diesel generating sets

 

Job Purpose:

• Execution of Import & Export of shipments, Handling of customs clearance process
• Handling of AA / EPCG Licenses
• Handling of Global freight forwarding & Road transport for Air and Sea shipments
• Handling of Rodtep & DBK Claims
• Attending QMS , EMS & OSHAS Audits Etc.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Detailed understanding of Incoterms Execution of Import shipments customs clearance process
• Utilization of Advance Authorization licenses for duty free import of shipments Execution of Export shipments customs clearance process as per Incoterms
• Utilization of AA Licenses for export Execution of road transport movements from port to factory
• Preparation of E way bills Execution of Bill payments for all the external service providers Ocean and air freight
• Road transport , customs clearance
• AA Licenses Open & close Review & update of daily shipments
• Review of KPIs pertaining to customs clearance process
• AA Licenses , DBK Claims & transport of shipments 
• Execution of all the activities pertaining to QMS & OSHAS requirements pertaining to EXIM Operations
