Job Description

Overview The HR Recruitment Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process within the organization. This role is vital in attracting and retaining top talent and ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment, contributing to the success of the organization's talent acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels and social media platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Participate in the interviewing process and conduct initial screenings of potential candidates Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation and assisting in the orientation of new hires Update and maintain the candidate database and recruitment trackers Collaborate with the HR team to create job descriptions and postings Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events . Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed Required Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Demonstrated interest in HR and talent acquisition through relevant coursework or prior experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with HRIS or ATS is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Understanding of recruitment best practices and legal regulations Availability to commit to the internship for a specified period Note-These is an unpaid internship and will last for minimum 3 months Skills: recruitment,sourcing,interviewing,communication,organizational skills
