Job Description

Position - Sr. Manager Accounts Receivable Role Description The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for effectively manage and perform AR activities from Group companies to shared service arm, as per SOW (Scope of Work) process like Letter of Credit, Bills of Exchange documentation, Cash Application Accounting in SAP, Rebates discounts customer credits and monthly closing activities. Handling routine Operation activity & has understanding of Cash Application and Credit Management LC & BOE Root cause analysis of escalations (Internal/ External) Achieving SLA for Cash application & Cash Clearing Credit Control Preparation of Daily/ Monthly MIS Work with Transition team and estimate Scope of Work, Level of efforts and complete the requirement gathering as per the transition plan Lead and manage end to end execution of AR methodology and tollgates Motivate and Influence cross functional team members for effective collaboration and problem solving . Responsible for AR process operations post stabilisation and achieve the KPISLA assigned Follow the operational processes, procedures, checklists and SoA as specified to perform the collection accounting, Debit credit notes processing's, e invoicing etc Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and make appropriate recommendations Bring Digital change in process automation & digitization Experience: 8-10 years" overall experience with at least 4-8 years'experience in independently managing complex transitions for clients in F&A domain in shared service industry, preferred in manufacturing sector such as steel, energy, cement and infra Knowledge of project Management tools like MicrosoftProject Professional/Smart sheet is preferred Effective communication (written and verbal) andnegotiation skills Minimum 5 years of experience in team leading Strong understanding of project management andoperations management SAP Knowledge is Must Qualifications: Bachelor degree / Master Degree in Finance and Accounting Quality certification in Six Sigma and Analytics, Data would be advantage
