Job Description

: You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently, provide operational support and act as a bridge between the company and the clinicians, ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities: Work closely with Account. Managers & Healthcare clients across USA to provide support to clinicians. Onboarding, training, and support to clinicians once hired. Act as the POC for clinicians, address clinicians issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner Responsible for collecting data, creating Contracts / Renewals, Rosters & Timesheets and scheduling & onboarding of clinicians. Respond to clinician's inquiries via phone,intercom, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and assistance to address their needs. Identify and resolve issues, complaints, or concerns while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Escalate complex problems to higher levels of support when necessary. Maintain detailed records of clinician interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions. Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software effectively. Communicate hiring policies, procedures, and information to clinicians clearly and effectively. Collaborate and coordinate with clinicians and the internal recruiter team to share relevant information related to their candidature and provide support as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Patience and empathy when dealing with clinicians. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations. Prior customer/healthcare service experience is a plus. US voice support (inbound/outbound) with excellent communication skills. 2 - 12 years of experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, support or recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in maintaining data records. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Attention to detail and a proactive customer-centric approach. Open to work as per EST hours (6.30 pm to 3 am IST). What We Offer: Competitive compensation package.
