Conduct thorough assessments of potential candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards. Collaborate with the management to develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide training and support to new recruits, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of insurance products. Foster positive relationships with existing and potential agents to enhance recruitment efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to insurance. Requirements 1.5 to 3 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on sales. Strong knowledge of POS Agents, Medical, Life, and Motor insurance products. Recruitment skills to identify, attract, and onboard suitable. candidates. Minimum qualification of 12th pass. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
