Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager at Asai Hospitality and Management. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service at our hospitality locations. They will hire and train employees, manage budgets and inventory, monitor customer feedback, and work closely with the management team to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the hospitality industry or management role is required Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Experience with budget management and inventory control Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills Proficient in Microsoft Office. Suite Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive work environment
