The Director, Nikhil Bhatia, has a rich exposure in beauty, cosmetics, and marketing that resulted in the launch of his group beauty and skincare brand under "Kanvar Probio Pvt Ltd." Role Description -Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements -Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships -Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics -Responsible for the complete PL, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing and. gross margins. - Develop Concept / Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with Global guidelines. - Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E Commerce portals and making 360 degree marketing plan to achieve the same - Prepare the Annual online marketing budget for the e-commerce partners with the management team and allocate budget to brands with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc. - Prepare annual marketing calendar - Manage appropriate product promotions on all E Commerce platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team. - Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and Requirements 3+ years of experience in the same role
