Motivate the Dealers and their sales team to generate the maximum business. Coordination Between Customer-Distributor-Company. Handle the customer & distributors complaint. Main responsibility is Secondary sales generation and conversion into Primary sales. Promotional Activity of Products through Seminars and road Shows in the Territory. To finalize Dealers" Sales Targets on Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually. Educational Qualification:: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Zoology / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Life Science with preferably a Bachelor/ Master in business administration, sales or a relevant. field.
