Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Projects Architect located in New Delhi. As a Projects Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings, renovations, and extensions, from conception to. completion. You will also collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sub-contractors, ensuring that all specifications meet the required standards and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and construction Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and standards Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of successful project completion Experience in BIM modeling and sustainability practices is a plus Knowledge of Hindi is a plus PMC experience is must
