Role Description We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Ast. Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise in medical equipment, communicating with customers to understand their needs, and offering the right Product as per the Customer's Requirements/Specifications. Basic Job Responsibility Responsible for pre-sales activities like preparation of techno-commercial offers for medical. devices Responsible for timely preparations/submission of technical documentation like product catalog, data sheets, Technical complaints, etc in line with customer's specifications Analyse and Support the sales team by identifying the right product to meet the customer's requirements Prepare Technical Compliance and catalogs as per the customer's Requirements Understanding the existing system, collaborating as required with the sales/tender team, and ensuring a technically compliant proposal Review Technical Specifications asked in tenders Must be an active team player with a collaborative and open-to-learn approach with minimal supervision Co-ordinate with the purchase department to negotiate with external suppliers /vendors ensuring the Prices Quoted by them are as per the specifications asked Technical coordination on pre-sale phases for spec-in activities, product demonstration, approvals, etc. Should have Good communication skills. Excellent Command of the English language. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) To maintain confidentiality at all times. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge about medical equipment is an added advantage Mandatory Requirements Minimum Working Experience 5 Years Good communication skills. Excellent Command of the English language. (letter drafting) Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, word, and PowerPoint. To maintain confidentiality at all times. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge about medical equipment is an added advantage Education Requirement Science Stream in 11th and 12th Standard with minimum 70% Passing Bachelor or Master's Degree in Bio-medical engineering / BSC / MSC in biotechnology / B.Tech / M.Tech Degree in Biotechnology / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / B Pharm / M Pharm Please note: Test of Exel, Letter Drafting, and Microsoft Word will be conducted before the interview Job Location : Punjabi bagh New Delhi
