Arcon, a leading cybersecurity product-based organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager with over 10 years of demonstrable expertise in leading and executing international cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless delivery while maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity. Responsibilities: Manage and own local as well as international Projects related to Identity and Access management for Enterprise clients from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with international teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation. Implement risk management strategies and proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and sales to ensure project success. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices. Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide timely reports to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of proven experience in Project management / Program Management, specifically in Identity and Access Management and other Security domains. Strong understanding of international project management methodologies and experience in managing global teams. PMP or relevant project management certification is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management tools and software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
