Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Customer @ Cynosure Corporate

Job Description

Management of online collection through website and other service providers. Management of SI requests through online payments. Manage online payment option process Premium reconciliation and system entries for all above mentioned payment options Exploring new online payment options and onboarding activities Exploring automation of the processes through new age technology Manage disputes, complaints and chargeback related to online and offline transactions; EDC Machine process management for GOs Work Closely with our development team in order to technically optimize new online and offline payment partners Coordinate with Vendor partner for billing and related issues Ensure adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls Data analysis, reporting exceptions, MIS and dash- boarding.
