Job Description

Location: Andheri (Marol Naka), Mumbai
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Role: Reach out to international leads to promote and sell GEM (Give Every Month) donation subscriptions.
Requirements: Excellent English communication, persuasive skills, and prior telesales or fundraising experience preferred.

Call international leads and explain the concept of GEM (Give Every Month) donations.
Persuade potential donors to subscribe to monthly contributions for medical causes.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and pitch effectiveness.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
Accurately update call records and donor details in the system.
Collaborate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement.
