Desired Candidate Profile

Role: Technical Project Manager Or Associate TPM

Exp: 7 to 16 Yrs
Work Location: Navallur, Chennai
Timings: 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM ( Cab Facility is available)

Notice: 15-30 days

Pre-Requisites:

10+ years of experience in the Information Technology field.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
At least 2 year of experience as a Scrum Master.
2 Year of Onshore Experience. (US/UK)
Expertise in defining the processes and metrics/measures to derive intelligence for decision making.
Experience in managing multiple projects at a single point of time comprising of difficult technologies.
Proficient in guiding technical leads in delivering the project as per client requisites/risk mitigation plan.
Proficient in Project Planning, Forecasting, Status Reporting, Change Management, Defect Management, Risk Management ,Budget Management and maintain customer relations.
Good Understanding of System Development Life Cycle, Waterfall and Agile methodology.
Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, for effective interaction with third party (vendors)/stakeholders and all levels of management.
Must have started his/her career as a Developer (Mandatory).
Certification in CSM & PMP.
Must have used agile Project Management tools like Jira, Zoho Sprints or something similar.
Should be open to contribute in pre-sale activities & take delivery ownership.
