Role Description We are seeking a Youtube Marketing Intern- Influencer marketing to join our team in Gurugram. As an intern, you will be responsible for assist with coordinating and executing influencer marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. This is an on-site, internship role where you will work closely with our experienced team of marketers, script writers, strategists, and influencer marketing experts. Responsibilities 1.Influencer Outreach: - Identify and research potential influencers in the [industry/sector] space. - Develop and execute outreach strategies to build relationships with influencers for collaboration. 2. Collaboration Coordination - Assist in coordinating and executing influencer marketing campaigns on YouTube. - Work closely with influencers to ensure the seamless integration of our brand into their content. 3. Content Collaboration - Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and authentic video content. - Provide creative input and support in. crafting compelling narratives and promotional messages. 4. Contract Negotiation - Support in negotiating and finalizing contracts with influencers. - Ensure compliance with contractual terms and deliverables. 5. Performance Analysis - Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns. - Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and metrics. 6. Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with influencers. - Act as the main point of contact between influencers and the marketing team. 7. Content Amplification - Work with the marketing team to amplify influencer-generated content across various channels. - Maximize the reach and impact of influencer collaborations. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic knowledge of influencer marketing, digital marketing, and youtube marketing Passion for learning and growing in the influencer marketing industry
