Job Description
- Manage and implement all phases of the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle), including design, development, testing, and deployment of automations of business processes.
- Design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to meet use cases as per the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle).
- Advise customers in developing automation strategies and roadmaps while also providing guidance around RPA Operating Models.
- Build an RPA Center of Excellence, define automation best practices, and program governance.
- Own the building, testing, and delivery of robotic automation capabilities using UiPath/ Automation Anywhere/ Blueprism/ Automation Edge.
- Drive strategic and tactical rollout of the solution by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios; document configuration practices and create and maintain solution documentation.
- Develop the solution as per PDD and SDD documents using UiPath/ Automation Anywhere/ Blueprism/ Automation Edge.
- Constantly evaluate RPA strategy; conduct research on emerging RPA approaches and technologies.
- Facilitate team for better creativity, drive innovation, and improve the efficiency of the development teams.
- Foster open communication and transparency through building trust within teams and across its members.
Qualifications:
- Certified in 2 or more RPA Products Automation Anywhere/ Blueprism/UiPath/Automation Edge with 5-8 years of RPA implementation and software development experience.
- Knowledge of RPA Lifecycle with proven project implementation/ deployment/ administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ ML/ Document processing/ OCR.
- Advanced level knowledge of any programming language - C++/C#/Java with documented experience.
- Advanced level knowledge of any scripting language - JavaScript/ VB Script/ Python with document experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and multiple projects.
- Have experience in a full software development lifecycle and SOA environment, with exposure to a wide array of technologies, including development languages and testing tools.
- Bachelors degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Highly collaborative, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with diverse personality types.
- Continuous coaching of the team and stakeholders around the team to realize their highest potential.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence at all levels without straight line authority
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, fluid and dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives and engender calm in the face of chaos
- Ability to direct, listen, collaborate with highly talented people distributed geographically across the time zones
