Audit calls & tickets for SLA & SOP compliance
Conduct mock calls & communication evaluations
Share feedback & coaching in real-time
Track improvements and present audit insights
Collaborate with training teams for process enhancement
Recommend best practices for higher service desk performance

Call Center Quality Management
Call Data Analytics
Escalation Management
CRM Tools & Survey Analysis
JIRA/Ticketing Systems
MS Office Pro (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Communication Verbal + Written
Coaching & Feedback Proficiency
Eligibility & Experience:
Education: BE / BSc
Experience: 89 Years (Relevant QA, Service Desk background)
Certification: Bonus if any, not mandatory!
