Company Description Glocot Silicone Pvt. Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers of silicone-based products in India. Specialize in manufacturing tailormade polymers for specific industrial applications. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Chemist. The Research and Development Chemist will be responsible for conducting experiments and research to develop new products and improve existing ones, verifying product quality through testing and analysis, and providing technical support to other departments, including sales and production. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Polyurethane Chemistry is mandatory. Experience in Analytical Skills, Research and Development (R&D), and Laboratory Skills Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Experience in silicone-based product development is a plus Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
