Job Title: Team Leader - Business Intelligence unit Location: Mahape Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Team Leader for our Business Intelligence Unit to lead and manage a team of analysts responsible for data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and team leadership. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring the effective utilization of business intelligence tools and resources. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance their performance and professional development. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements. Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations for the organization. Design and. maintain robust reporting systems and dashboards that provide real-time business performance insights. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of various business initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills.
