Role Description We are looking for a Sales Team Leader (Malayalam & Tamil) to join our team in Little Mount,Saidapet, in a full-time on-site role. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve goals and targets set by the management team. You will also be responsible for establishing relationships with customers and developing plans that help the sales team meet the goals and objectives of the company. Qualifications Experience working as a Sales Team Leader for at least 2 years in the South Indian region, with a strong understanding of the South. Indian market, customer needs, and purchasing habits. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team to achieve desired sales targets. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil, ability to communicate with customers and team members effectively. Experience in building relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving customer success, and managing customer expectations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to develop and implement sales strategies and plans. A self-motivated individual who is passionate about achieving targets and meeting tight deadlines. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure
