Your entity / Your teamIn a growing market, Orange Business is reinventing itself and has been developing its offers portfolio for years, shifting its center of gravity towards IT, the cloud, data and service integration, to transform itself into a services integrator
The Information System and Technology entity, transversal entity within Orange Business, provides the best reusable components to meet customers and marketing & business teams requirements
You will work as an architect within the ?Design Authority? entity of Digital Technology
You will join a team which was created in June 2019 to guide and support Orange Business B2B Information System (IS) modernization
You will take part to a huge program supporting Orange Business digital transformation relying on new Vendors solutions as well as existing IT
The Principal Digital Architect is the architect in charge of Orange Business digital architecture which covers the digital layer of Orange Business including portals, APIs, IT systems in this domain like the eCommerce system along with all required data integration
Lead the architecture design for Orange Business Digital layer which includes portals (public portal, eCommerce)Decide of architecture choices (capabilities, commercial products, technologies) in the Digital domainDesign and support the implementation of the architecture of the new Orange Business digital layer to serve eCommerce purpose as part of the transformation program
Your main activities
Design system architectures that are in line with the overall solution and portfolio architecture
Provide & maintain architecture documentation
Design and oversee the implementation of technical solutions that align with business requirements and portfolio strategies
Collaborate with System Architects to ensure detailed system design is executed according to architectural principles
Work with Portfolio Architects to ensure that solutions are aligned with broader portfolio goals and enterprise architecture
Guide development teams in understanding and following architectural best practices and standards
Perform solution evaluations and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability
Ensure that solutions leverage appropriate technologies while remaining compliant with security and governance requirements
Your qualifications:
Proven experience in designing scalable, resilient, and secure solutions
TOGAF certification would be appreciated
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and modern architectural patterns (microservices, SOA, event driven architecture, etc )
Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and strategic goals
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong experience in system architecture design and implementation
TOGAF certification would be appreciated
Proficient in a wide range of technologies and frameworks, with the ability to adapt to evolving technical requirements
Development languages and frameworks in the area are Angular
io, Vue js, NodeJs, Java SpringBoot, Drupal, ?
Proven experience of modular architecture design and development
Experienced in designing and developing micro-services and micro-frontends architectures
Knowledge of Domain Driven Design
Proven experience of system integration with APIs development, messaging, IAM security protocols implementation, event oriented architecture
Proven experience of UX-CX practices
Experience in the Telco industry IT along with telecommunications products
Experience in the TeleManagementForum (TMF) architecture
Experience in DevOps practices & technologies
Proven experience in implementing customer portals, eCommerce and eCare systems
Experience of Cloud technologies including Kubernetes
Experience of Microsoft Azure would be appreciated
Ability to work closely with development teams, ensuring clear understanding of system architecture and goals
Experience of SAFe architecture with a role of SolutionArchitect
SAFe architect certification would be appreciated
