Job Title: International Caller Night Shift (Sales)

Shift Timings: Night Shift (U.S./U.K./Australian Time Zone depending on process)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in international sales calling or related field
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Caller to join our sales team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals in a competitive international market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international prospects and generate leads/sales.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products or services.
- Follow up on leads and ensure proper lead management and conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international calling/sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals over the phone.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales in U.S./U.K./Australian markets.
- Background in telesales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
