We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in Noida Sector-63, with a salary range of [Salary Range].

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role
• Strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes and best practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various positions within the company
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with the company culture
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract top talent
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
