Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist proficient in managing servers, Exchange servers, and proficient in hardware and networking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in these domains, ensuring seamless operations and efficient maintenance of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange servers and associated systems. Handle hardware maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs, as well as coordinating with vendors for equipment procurement. Maintain and administer networking infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security, and efficient data flow. Implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard data and systems integrity. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding IT-related issues. Collaborate with IT and. cross-functional teams to execute system upgrades and enhancements. Document system configurations, changes, and procedures for reference and training purposes. Requirements Minimum 4 years of proven experience in server management, Exchange server administration, hardware, and networking. Proficiency in server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and server virtualization technologies. Experience in managing and troubleshooting Exchange servers and associated services (e.g., Exchange Online, Office 365). Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and security measures. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCCNA,CCNP etc.) would be advantageous
