Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Training Placement Officer. The primary responsibility of the Training Placement Officer is to provide students with an opportunity to work for top IT companies in the industry. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for campus placement, college recruiting, training, and enhancing student's soft skills through effective communication. Qualifications Campus Placement and College Recruiting Skills Excellent Communication and Soft Skills Training and Mentoring Skills . Experience in working in the education sector Knowledge of industry trends and requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Ability to work independently and remotely The ideal candidate should show a genuine interest in helping students achieve their career goals and collaborate with institutions to provide the best learning environment. Knowledge of the current IT job market is also a plus
