Redian's Core Banking Platform is the backbone of many banks and microfinance institutes across Africa and also spreading in the UK and the United States. The platform has features that support savings, shares, loans etc. We are looking for a Senior Engineer who can support in implementation and maintenance of our banking products all across Africa, the Middle East, the United States and the United Kingdom. Responsibilities Implementation and support of Core Banking and Other Banking systems well thought through, bug-free, and on-time Collaborate with stakeholders such as BA's, PM's and Product on implementing features and deploying the Redian Fintech applications. Providing product implementation expertise. including system architecture design, application functionality and design, development, testing, and deployment. Providing best development process planning approaches and mentoring team on various aspects of development and processes. Requirements Should have a total experience of up to 5 - 8 years in designing and developing of applications in Java, Spring Boot and Oracle Database Experience in Core Banking System. Have experience in Agile methodology Been Involved in the Unit Testing of the Application. Have an understanding of complex architecture. Be a logical thinker and have the drive to improve the quality of work. Be a team player and knowledge-sharing skills of technical functionality to development teams. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments. Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. Training staff on software use. Troubleshoot application issues. Should have strong problem-solving skills that allow them to develop software and resolve errors/bugs. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Qualifications Education: B.Tech./M.C.A Exp.: Min 5 Years Experience and at least 2 years in the banking domain
