Job Description
We're Hiring Team Leader (Travel / airlines Process)
Location: Work From Office (WFO)
Shifts: 24x7 rotational (5 days working)
Are you a motivated and experienced leader ready to take charge of a dynamic team? Were looking for a Team Leader with experience in International Process Handling to lead and inspire a team of 1520 members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 1520 agents
- Monitor and drive team performance across key metrics: Productivity, Quality, Shrinkage, and Attrition
- Coach and mentor new team members for smooth onboarding
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Provide real-time floor support and handle escalations effectively
- Identify training needs (TNI) and bridge process gaps
- Review existing processes and recommend improvements to boost CSAT and performance
- Achieve Individual Contributor (IC) targets
- Ensure AHT is maintained across different tenure buckets
- Support operational excellence in a 24x7 environment
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing international process teams (must-have)
- Prior experience in team handling and supervision (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good understanding of basic computer operations and MS Excel
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
- Flexible to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
