Design & implement job descriptions as per hiring needs
Sourcing, screening, shortlisting & interviewing potential candidates to close positions in stipulated time.
Coordinating with respective Managers for identifying current & future hiring needs

Required Candidate profile

BBA, BMS, B.Com Graduates preferable
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel, MS Word
