Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. - Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing. - Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and manage search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. - Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content to build brand awareness, increase followers, and drive user engagement. - Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for. digital marketing campaigns. - Utilise marketing automation tools and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and improve customer retention. - Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.
