Lead Conversion: Effectively convert both prospect and not-interested leads into successful service utilizations. Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate with partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure. seamless collaboration and resolve queries. Query Resolution: Handle on-call queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. General Call Centre Duties: Perform various tasks related to call centre operations and contribute to the overall success of the team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in BPO or calling roles. Proficiency in multiple languages to cater to diverse customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
