We're Hiring Team Leader (Travel / airlines Process)
Location: Work From Office (WFO)
Shifts: 24x7 rotational (5 days working)

Are you a motivated and experienced leader ready to take charge of a dynamic team? Were looking for a Team Leader with experience in International Process Handling to lead and inspire a team of 1520 members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 1520 agents
  
• Monitor and drive team performance across key metrics: Productivity, Quality, Shrinkage, and Attrition
  
• Coach and mentor new team members for smooth onboarding
  
• Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
  
• Provide real-time floor support and handle escalations effectively
  
• Identify training needs (TNI) and bridge process gaps
  
• Review existing processes and recommend improvements to boost CSAT and performance
  
• Achieve Individual Contributor (IC) targets
  
• Ensure AHT is maintained across different tenure buckets
  
• Support operational excellence in a 24x7 environment
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing international process teams (must-have)
  
• Prior experience in team handling and supervision (preferred)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  
• Good understanding of basic computer operations and MS Excel
  
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
  
• Flexible to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
