Job Description

Key Responsibilties : 1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector who organize meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. Develop a pipeline of leads to convert them into clients for the MICE travel division. 2. Sales and Negotiation: Engage with prospective clients to present the company's MICE travel services, understand their specific requirements and negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business. 3. Customized Proposals: Create tailored proposals and presentations for potential MICE clients, highlighting the company's capabilities, unique selling points, and competitive advantages. 4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the MICE segment. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies. Requirements: Graduation in Tourism or Hotel Management is mandatory Sales or Business Development experience within the. travel, Event Management, or MICE industry will be preferred Prior experience in selling travel packages and services to corporate clients will be an added advantage.
