Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage bulk hiring requirements for our Bangalore operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, excellent sourcing strategies, and strong stakeholder management skills. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with high visibility in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring process for various departments (Telesales & service etc.).
- Source and screen large volumes of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
- Coordinate and conduct walk-in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet monthly hiring targets.
- Liaise with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards accurately and in real-time.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring, preferably in BPO, retail, or high-growth startups.
- Proven ability to meet high-volume hiring targets within tight timelines.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with campus hiring and onboarding.
- Fluency in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in India.
