Job Profile  Business Development Manager

  •  Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. 
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. 
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. 
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. 
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. 
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Customer Handling, Customer Service, Tele calling, B2B Sales, Business Development, Business Development Management, B2B Marketing.
  • Find new projects and industries and make mail n cold call n raise requirements.
  • Follow the leads provide by HO Meet the monthly targets and daily basis reporting to HO and heads Meeting with customers like builders , architecture ,FMCG company ,food pharma industries warehouses ,hotels etc. 
  • May Also Know Customer Support, Territory Sales Management, Management, Relationship Management, Acquisition ,Brand Management
  • Location: Gurgaon 
  • Salary:  Up to 5 LPA 
  • Preferred Industry: Building Material / Sanitary Ware / FMCG / Manufacturing / Any MNCs or any related industry.
