Roles and Responsibility
As a ProjectManager, you will be responsible for managing global ERP implementation,upgrade, migration, and rollout projects and ensuring project success andcontinuous improvement, with a focus on compliance, security, and effectivecommunication to meet organizational objective.
Responsibility:
- Experience in managing S4HANA private or public cloud full lifecycle implementations, including Greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Proven experience in delivering high-value, diverse technology projects with a cross-functional and multinational focus.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changes in project scope.
- Experience working with master data management and data quality tools is a plus.
- Strong data management skills, including working with data sources and flows.
- Positive mindset towards cloud technology.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Management or Client Lead position on a large SAP transformation project.
- SAP Activate certification or training is considered a plus.
- PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications are additional benefits.
