Position: Account Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting To:Finance Manager

Criteria: B.Com(Accounts) with 5+ years of experience in Taxation, Audit and SAP

Job Purpose:
Responsible for a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Manager. Your job role will involve data collection, analysis as well as presentation. You would also be required to apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare monthly financial reports. Your job will involve coordination with various internal stakeholders like customer experience, Operations and Sales team as well as our HQ team and external stake holders like auditors as well as clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and assistance to Manager, Financial Accounting and Reporting. 
• Prepare Direct and Indirect Tax payable working and ensure reconciliation of Tax Payable Ledger with various registers. 
• Also ensure availing of 100% Input Tax Credit. 
• Complete monthly financial closing process of all the designated entities within a short, stipulated time frame after each month end. This involves considerable liaison with various team members on post-closing adjustments, intercompany out of balances issues, etc. 
• Compiles and analyses financial information to prepare relevant sets of journals entries, which are controlled at the corporate level 
• Prepare detailed balance sheet reconciliation statement after each month end close. 
• Liaise with the Group accountants and auditors for reporting and audit review purpose. 
• The incumbent is required to address and resolve audit and accounting issues raised. 
• Co-ordinate year-end closing process with the Group Accountant to ensure a timely close for external audit. 
• Co-ordinate and review all post-closing adjustments to determine appropriateness and accuracy. 
• Respond to any external/internal requests for financial information for the designated entities for statutory and tax filing requirements.
