Job Description

• Continuous Quality Management and Improvment for Coding Operations.
• Working with Quality Leader, Ops, and QA to set the right sampling strategy
• Working with the stakeholders and strategizing and implmenting plans for controlling errors
• Will need to face the client to address Quality issues and recommend Quality Improvement Plans
  Working with the team to prepare to required data and presentations for internal/external engagements on Quality
• Managing Auditor Performance and addressing people issues within the QA team or in the interactions between QA and OP
  Hands on Approach to the job
