Designation: Business development Manager / Corporate Agency Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

Annual CTC: 2.75 LPA to 5.5 LPA + Incentive's

Responsible for development of the agency network. Recruitment of advisors who work on commission basis for sales of Life Insurance.

Job role:

CUSTOMER RETENTION & COST EFFICIENCY THROUGH PROCESS, Customer orientation & to put Customer benefit first.
Problem Solving & Positive Attitude.
Understanding of BFSI Industry will be an added advantage.

To sell Life insurance products through the assigned Bank by building long term relationship with the bank.
Building Relationship and Motivate branch staff to help generate leads.
Providing complete policy details and after sales services to clients.

Education: Graduate

Experience: Minimum Sales experience of 6 Months.

Age : Between 21 to 38 years
