Our Specialised Spine Physiotherapists work collaboratively with leading Spine Surgeons, Neurologists, Rheumatologists, and Doctors of Physical Medicine. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader - Outbound Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in outbound sales. The job. location is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Team Leader - Outbound Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team and contributing to the growth of our company. Qualifications And Skills Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of achieving targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Knowledge of the healthcare industry and spine-related treatments is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment Roles And Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques Provide guidance, training, and coaching to the sales team Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team Contribute to the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures
