Desired Candidate Profile

10 + years of relevant work experience
Should have handled couple of concurrent business applications technically.
Microsoft technologies experience is must, Overseas projects are a plus
Should have team building skills along with good problem solving ability.
Should be able to drive the team towards the goal.
Should have hands-on experience on Project Scheduling, estimations, Risk Planning, Resource allocation and tracking, and Status reporting.
PMP Certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
Performance tuning is optimal, but code optimization is required.
