What will a candidate be doing with us Recruitment Source potential candidates through various channels. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews. Assist in the selection and hiring process. Facilitate the onboarding process. for new employees. Employee Engagement Contribute to the development of employee engagement calendars. Support in organizing and executing engagement activities. Database Maintenance Assist in maintaining the HR database with accurate and up-to-date information. Policy Creation Collaborate in the creation and enhancement of HR policies. Additional Opportunities Involvement in various HR initiatives and projects. What are we looking for in a candidate Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to HR functions. Ability to work well in a team and take initiative. What will we provide to the candidate 5 days working.
