Job Summary: Lead of Marketing & Brand Communications will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing and brand strategy. The role will involve working closely with the Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure that all marketing and communication initiatives are aligned with the overall business goals. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's marketing and brand strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts Manage and create content for the company's website, social. media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote our virtual internships and training programs Manage and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy and tactics Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales collateral and support their efforts to close deals Work with the Product and Operations teams to understand our offerings and create marketing messaging that resonates with target audiences Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing and communication initiatives Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Qualifications: Master's or Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field Skills: 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and B2C marketing, brand building, and digital marketing preferably in education sector. Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing Knowledge of SEO and SMO best practices Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making Experience working with Sales, Product, and Operations teams Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Experience managing external agencies and vendors
