Daily follow up (inquiry / fees collection)
Issuing Receipt / Notes / Certificates
Maintaining records
Email all updated records to Center Owner/ Head as when demanded
Keep in touch with ex / regular student
Take feedback time to time from student and other staff
Co-ordinate with faculty regarding their batch, requirements etc. Forward it to concern person
Co-ordinate with senior & keep updated her daily work done / Inquiry / Admission / Billing / Collection
Scheduling the batches and informing the same to the candidates and Trainers
Maintaining MIS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or done inquiry
Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding
Database Management for the leads coming for enquiry
Good control of MS office and Internet - especially excel for report generation
Coordinate in-house event, marketing activities.
Follow up on SMS/ mails / calls to Inquiries on regular basis
